CARS works as the overall technology responsible body, participates in the six rounds of national speed-up campaigns, undertakes and completes lots of works, such as compilation of technical plan, establishment of technical specification and testing regulation, key technology tackling, comprehensive testing and inspection, thus mastering systematically the technologies for 250km/h speed-up of existing line.
