Leveraging the massive, extensive, competent and frequently upgraded information resources such as railway science and technology database in China, railway science and technology database abroad, and the database of scientific and technological findings of the Ministry of Railway, CARS has, in close alignment with the needs of railway reform and development in China, fully engaged itself in the comparative study of global railways and strategic consultancy of the industry, and strived to develop an international cooperation and communication platform integrated of exhibitions, translations, publication and audio/video productions, as well as an information service and management platform offering data search, scientific and technological upgrading, and management of scientific research, making first-rate information service available to the industry.
